A conference at Ambassadori is planned from the floor up: the layout that suits the agenda, the sound and screens the speakers need, simultaneous translation where the delegates do, and coffee breaks that arrive on the minute.
Rooms for every delegate are held under one block, and a single events manager answers for the day from the first rehearsal to the last guest out.
