Daira

Authentic Georgian and Megrelian cuisine in a warm, elegant setting — bold herbs, freshly made sulguni and signature spicy flavours, served the way Samegrelo intended.

On the ground floor of the hotel, Daira brings the bold, generous traditions of Western Georgian cooking to the seafront — corn-based dishes, fragrant herbs, sulguni made fresh each morning and the signature spice of Samegrelo.

The room is the hotel’s oldest: a long dining hall with the kitchen at the far end and the pass in view, so the plates arrive the way they left the fire.

Larger parties and the private room are best booked by telephone.
